Cancellation requests made after the service has begun will not be eligible for a full refund.
For subscription-based services, the client must request cancellation before the next billing cycle.
Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic charges, which are non-refundable.

Third-party platforms (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, Hosting, Domain providers) suspend or restrict accounts.
The client changes their mind after making payment.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will only be issued using the original mode of payment.
6. Project Termination by Introfy
Introfy reserves the right to terminate services if:
Payment is overdue.
Terms or platform policies are violated.
Communication becomes abusive or unprofessional.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
